All orders will ship via USPS within 5-7 business days of your order placement. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Are you local? Free local pick up is available at my Burlington, VT studio. This option is available at checkout. You will receive an email after purchase to confirm a pick up date.

If you would like to try on or purchase a piece at the studio please contact me to see if I have the style in stock! If not, I will make one for you to try on or purchase.

return policy

I hope you love your new piece, but if for any reason you do not, I am happy to process returns within 7 days of your order's arrival or 7 days from purchase at the studio for store credit or exchange. Please note that I cannot cover return shipping costs, or refund original shipping costs. Returned orders must be unworn and in original condition. Custom pieces and sale items are final sale.

Due to second hand nature of the BY THE RUYLES garments there may be minor flaws and imperfections. I will describe these in the description and please feel free to reach out for more details.
